Nowadays, everyone is concerned about their looks and everyday we see something that we would like to buy. I am one of those people. I am obsessed with shopping and getting all the nice things there’s out today. I am forever telling myself to save money and that I don’t need to buy certain things but it’s impossible. The month I certainly spend most of my pay buying random things, it’s definitely October. I’m part of the OVO squad, and that being said, everything I purchase during this month I tend to tell myself that “it’s my birthday present for myself”. I know it’s bad but I can’t help it and I’m 110% sure I’m not alone on this one. All items purchased at TK Maxx.
My first buy was this Zara look-a-like biker jacket. The Bomb.com!! Love it so much. It became my new bae. I've been wanting to get a jacket like this since last year but refused to pay £90 for it. Didn’t think it was worth that much, especially because I knew that in a few months I would find another thing to be in love with. However, I found this very similar jacket at TK Maxx (and I wasn’t even looking to buy anything) for only £50. Didn’t think twice and purchased it straight away.
My second buy, was this Quay sunnies with a beautiful marble plastic frame. I mean, it’s autumn and I always own a hand full of sunglasses but how can I resist this beautiful piece of art? It was only £15 (compared to its original £45 price. Bargain!)
I found a few Boohoo items there but only kept two (this is what happens when you don’t try things in the store, you are forever making a return). I kept a burgundy jumpsuit with a lace/floral upper details and a white playsuit with some shine accessories all over. I like both of them but don’t love them. But since it was only £4.99 each I thought it would be best to keep them and I’m sure I will find somewhere to go with them.
The following item was also a great bargain for me. I've been wanting to purchase side lace up jeans for a while but everywhere I looked for them it was priced from £35 up, and I didn't think they were worth that much to be honest. I found these jeans and instantly fell in love with them. It was only £20 and I had no problem in paying that price and for the plus side they fit perfectly.
My last but not least, my new baby. It was love at first sight! This lovely red snake print Guess bag. Can you resist this beauty? I think not. It's a small cross-bag and can probably only fit my phone, a few cards and my keys but it's enough for when I go out for a cute meal. Just perfect!! It costs me £40 but I'm not mad about it. I will enjoy every penny of it.
